In the month of August

we covered how our body's natural bio-rhythms can be harnessed to reach peak productivity, we also covered "The E Myth" by Michael Gerber on how to properly start a small business, and I offered a sneak peak into my book, "Borrowed Wisdom" that I plan on releasing early 2025.

For September I discussed the health benefits of creating routines and how to balance routine with spontaneity; I continued from the August newsletter into part 2 of "The E Myth"; lastly, I discussed how to use our personality traits to our advantage!

For October I discussed the practical ways to combat seasonal depression, finished up the summary of "The E Myth" by Michael Gerber, and lastly, I went farther into how to use characteristics of our personalities as strengths using the OCEAN personality map.

For November I discussed the chemicals our bodies produce that make us feel joy and happiness, Outlined part one of "Captivate" by Vanessa Van Edwards on making a great first impression, and I discussed ways to be hyper-effective without getting burnt out.

For December I discussed detoxing dopamine in order to create a more fulfilling life; this is part of our mental health series during winter. We outlined part two of "Captivate" by Vanessa Van Edwards on how to excel in networking from the first five minutes of meeting someone. For mindset mastery, I talk about how to make each day meaningful.
